When you use the contact form, book a call, or email the studio, you may send your name, email address, company, website URL, service area, main service, and message details.

That information is used to respond to the request, prepare for a review call, keep a business record of the inquiry, and improve the site and service path.

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic and behavior. Analytics may collect page views, approximate location, browser and device information, referral source, session information, scrolls, outbound clicks, and similar interaction data.

The site is configured with enhanced measurement. It is not intended to send sensitive personal information to Google Analytics.

Heartspur Studio uses service providers to run the website and respond to inquiries. These may include Vercel for hosting, Supabase for contact-submission storage, Resend for email delivery, Cal.com for booking, and Google Analytics for traffic measurement.

These providers process information as needed to provide their services. Heartspur Studio does not sell visitor information.

Contact and lead records may be kept while there is an active business relationship, while a request is being handled, and as needed for ordinary business, security, legal, or recordkeeping purposes.

Google Analytics data is retained according to the settings configured in Google Analytics.

You can choose not to submit a contact form, can email to update or delete inquiry details where appropriate, and can control or block cookies in your browser.

Google also offers a browser add-on for opting out of Google Analytics collection.
